These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from Total (12/7 Tunnel Grove, Gracefield, Lower Hutt 5010). By placing an order you accept these terms.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. An order is accepted when we dispatch it.
Some products are hazardous substances under the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996. You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to purchase, store and use them — some products require a certified handler or controlled substance licence. Always read the label and follow the manufacturer’s directions.
Trade pricing is offered at our discretion to verified businesses holding a current NZBN. We may amend or withdraw trade terms with reasonable notice. Trade discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where you acquire products for business purposes, the CGA is excluded and our liability is limited to the price paid for the products concerned.
