Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 35 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorisation.
Returns are free. Once your return is approved we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label as a PDF — just print it, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at your nearest courier depot. Get in touch using the details below and we’ll send it through.
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, we’ll repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is always free; original outbound shipping charges are refundable only for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
