Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorisation.
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, we’ll repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it — return shipping is on us.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are refundable only for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
